Rescued puppy has an extra tail on forehead

A 10-week-old puppy named Narwhal has a tail-like appendage growing from his forehead. The founder of the rescue facility caring for the dog says Narwhal doesn't notice the extra tail and cannot wag it. (Nov. 13)
