Businesses suffer as Missouri flooding persists

River levels were again rising Wednesday one day after storms ripped through parts of Missouri and Kansas. A broken drainage system under a main road in Sugar Creek, Missouri has caused flooding problems in the area for the past couple of years. (May 22)
