The Easiest and Best Falafel at home - Vegan

Falafel is a traditionally Arab food. These fried vegetarian fritters are often served along with hummus, and tahini sauce (known as a “falafel plate. Or can served as sandwich along with pita bread, lettuce and tomatoes. Chickpeas and Fava beans must be soaked over night and drained well.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup soaked chickpeas
1/4 cup Fava beans
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
